We celebrated our anniversary here and it was fantastic! The elegant 3-course lunch was next level, with bubbly and a cozy ambience. The staff was super friendly, making us feel really special. Only thing was the room furnishings seemed a bit dated for a place like this. an amazing experience!

Great location in London! The room we got was more spacious than I imagined, and that bed? One of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff? Extremely helpful, they even helped with our luggage so we could make it to our plans on time, which was a nice touch considering our busy schedule.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast setup could be better for families, as we had to wait for a table while some were turned away due to the limited space.

I had a lovely experience with fantastic bedding and pillows, although the shower was a bit small and dangerous. The hotel definitely had a cozy and intimate feel to it. I'd go back again!

the location is just great! our executive room was bigger than we thought, and the bed was super comfy. staff were really helpful, especially when we arrived and needed quick info and to store our luggage. the restaurant had good food too!

only thing was that the bathroom could have been better, and the breakfast selection wasn't that great.
