Charming hotel, friendly staff, with a perfect location just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tube station and a wonderful comfortable room that was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard.
It was perfect.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend stopover
Cozy room, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from Green Park made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
Not obvious to find limited shuttle options when arriving from the airport.

Perfect spot for a special occasion
We celebrated our anniversary here and it was fantastic! The elegant 3-course lunch was next level, with bubbly and a cozy ambience. The staff was super friendly, making us feel really special. Only thing was the room furnishings seemed a bit dated for a place like this. an amazing experience!

Couple's Perfect Base with Minor Hiccups
Great location in London! The room we got was more spacious than I imagined, and that bed? One of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff? Extremely helpful, they even helped with our luggage so we could make it to our plans on time, which was a nice touch considering our busy schedule.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Staying at this charming hotel was lovely! Finding ourselves moments from Buckingham Palace added so much excitement to our trip with the kids. The Deluxe Room was spacious enough for our large family, and the decor was beautifully modern, creating a cozy atmosphere.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast setup could be better for families, as we had to wait for a table while some were turned away due to the limited space.

Great spot with awesome staff!
Had a lovely stay, super friendly staff made us feel right at home! The room was clean and comfy with a nice terrace, perfect for morning coffee. The location’s a huge plus too, super close to park and attractions. Small drawback? The dining options were a little limited, could use more variety.

Location in Mayfair offers unparalleled access to iconic landmarks, perfect for exploring on foot.
The room setup felt cramped, like living in a walk-in closet. navigating luggage was a challenge due to the limited space. Inadequate room temperature control and ineffective showers compounded frustrations. Breakfast setup didn’t cater well to those with early plans, making it inconvenient needing an early start.
