Charming small place with pleasant views. The most important - marvellous and amazing location in center. Also - really close to the theatre district for broadway plays, Buckingham Palace, Mayfair, Bond Street, Regent Street, and many big sites.

It has marvellous and particularly good location next to London for business or pleasure, taxi or tube, and the center. It's worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district.

Perfect and absolutely fantastic hotel with outstandingly accommodating employees in particular Dan the Doorman Deluxe king room with a balcony. Marvellous location, an easy walk to Jermyn Street. Found in a busy area near to the St James and London for business.

The cozy and intimate atmosphere of the bar lounge was a pleasant surprise, offering a calm place to escape the busy streets and relax. The attentive and friendly staff, including the concierge team, made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
Service was a letdown, with multiple issues, including a waiter giving us the wrong wine and forgetting to refill our glasses and water. We also didn't receive the complimentary glass of champagne promised in our voucher.
