Very nice comfortable clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
Nearby road works during night this however will be only temporary
The location is excellent! The room was very nice, but the bed was so comfortable, that it was really hard to get out of there)) I would really advise this hotel for those who like comfort, nice surrounding and a touch of luxury. I really liked the fact that it is small, feels very nice!
The location was perfect for central london activities.
We had to pay extra for a twin bedded room. Lack of atmosphere. Room size smaller than advertised. Poor lighting.
Very nice bedroom accommodations except see below
. Bathroom design and functioning (1) impossible to shower without flooding the floor, need longer shower shield or curtain (2) sink design , basin area too small (3) basin drained v slowly, though staff member claimed it was acting normally . internet access for I- Pad was a problem
First class service in a beautiful hotel which is located in the perfect position for exploring London.
It is quite small and slightly claustrophobic but space in this location will always come at a premium.
It was close to where we wanted to be. We could park our car and forget it. The staffs are all extremely nice. Decor lovely in both our room and public areas
The room was a bit small The hairdryer for a five star hotel was awful. Did not like the pillows however, my partner had no issue with them. And last but not least the original cost on you web for the hotel was £480 however this went to £636.66 I know that some cost was because of the parking, there were service charges plus my partner had a cooked breakfast and was charged an extra £6 for each day as far as I was aware there was nothing saying continental breakfast and extra for cooked? Also there was a addition 12.5% service charge on top of the 5% mentioned in the booking I would recommend to friends but with reservations
Very clean and standard of fittings
Very good experiential service would recommend this hotel
Great quiet location in The West End
The "Deluxe" room was tiny and had one very small vertical window. The aircon did not work and the room was so hot that it kept me awake.
The room we booked from the website is very different from the room we stayed. It looked much bigger and better than the one we stayed.
The relaxing but professional atmosphere. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well designed.
There wasn't anything we did not like during our stay.
We got a last minute deal for a superior room and for a very reasonable price we were upgraded to the St James Suite. It definately made it a memorable stay.
They tried to charge for breakfast when it was included in the rate, and they also add a 5% service charge which is not needed considering that the clientel at this standard of hotel will always tip the hotel staff. I also felt that the vegetarian options at the restaurant Seven Park Place were extremely poor. My fiance had a lovely meal, but I had overcooked liguini with a bland tomato sauce, not something you would expect from a michilin star restaurant. We had breakfast in the room but the waiter did not set it up on the table, he just left the tray - even when I stay at Holiday Inn the waiter sets the breakfast up, it is a small detail but one that a 5 star hotel should be aware of.
There were many hidden charges. 5% room service charge per day, 12% food and beverage charge per day. Extra charge for breakfast when it was included in the price. They also tried to charge us the wrong price, higher than agreed with you. Room small and dingy for the price. Breakfast choice poor and they forgot the bacon and toast.
Extremely comfortable. Friendly staff with an enormously helpful attitude. No hesitation to use again.
No tea making facilities.
Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Attentive and helpful staff. Well appointed room. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Will certainly stay here again next time we are in london
Having no tea and coffee facilities in the room. The most expensive early morning cuppa ever! No newspaper on a Sunday.
